We invite preschools, daycares, school age children, scouts, adult organizations, and corporate team builders to see first hand how apples are grown and learn about farm life. Learn how apples get from our beautiful apple orchard to your kitchen.

We are pleased to welcome you to the 2023 season at Stribling Orchard. In an attempt to keep things fresh and working well for those of you who visit, we are constantly trying to improve our tours.

Tours are available Wednesday through Friday ONLY.

This year we will begin the tour by gathering for a short talk, approximately 20 minutes on growing apples. We will share information on apple trees through the seasons, life on the farm long ago versus today, and interesting facts about apples. Then we will say hello to the animals and send you out into the orchard to fill your bags. Parents and chaperones will have opportunities for some shopping.

When scheduling a tour, please let us know how many chaperones/parents to expect and whether your group is arriving by bus or car. This helps us prepare better for your visit!

The cost of the tour is $10 per student - this includes the tour and a 1/4 peck bag of apples that the students can pick themselves. There is no charge for teachers and chaperones, though they are invited to pick additional apples at a reduced price. Please note that Cider is not available until mid September and Pumpkins until late September. Please contact us with any questions.

Group leaders should download the farm tour request (linked above), fill out the form, and email it to tours@striblingorchard.com. The form must be signed and received at least seven(7) days prior to the desired tour date. Once we receive the form, we will email you with your confirmation. Please keep in mind when planning that dates fill quickly.
